University of the Southwest

the University of the Southwest is known for being a non selective school. They receive approximately 12,000 applications each year. The acceptance rate tends to be 100 percent which equates to about 12,000 students who passed the admission process of the school. But, when the term starts, only about 90 or 1% of the applicants who obtained acceptance letter from the University of the Southwest choose to register. The institution’s application data shows that 37 percent of the students who applied are men compared to 62 percent who are women. When the term commences, about 42 percent of those accepted females enrolled at the University of the Southwest and 57 percent were males. Students should submit their ACT or SAT scores to the University of the Southwest when filling out the application. Most often, accepted applicants have test scores in the range of 15 - 20 for ACT or 850 - 1,040 for SAT. This institution also allows submissions of Advanced Placement (AP) credits and Credit for life experiences. the University of the Southwest’s undergraduate application fee is unknown.
