Dominican University is a non selective school. The institution receives about 6,900 applications each year. The acceptance rate is around 90 percent which is equal about 6,210 students who passed the admission process of the institution. But, when the year starts, only about 700 or 12 percent of the applicants who received the letter of acceptance from Dominican University decide to register. Based on the application data, 33% of the students were men while 66% were women, however, after receiving the acceptance letter, only 68 percent of the women decided to study at Dominican University as compared to 31 percent of men who decided to enroll.
