Ackerman Scholarship
Ackerman Scholarship Donald and Mary Jane Ackerman established the Ackerman Scholarship fund in memory of their sons, David and Donald Ackerman, who attended UW-Madison in the 1960s. This scholarship is one of many available through the Chemistry Undergraduate Scholarships application. To be eligible for a chemistry scholarship, students must be a chemistry major or be conducting research with a chemistry faculty member. An overall GPA of 2.5 is recommended, but not required, for award eligibility; awards are based on both merit and financial need. Other eligibility requirements for the Ackerman award is the completion of the FAFSA.
