The University of Texas at Austin (out-of-state)

Florence Ralston Brooke Austin High School Athletic Cup and Scholarship Fund will be awarded to an Austin High School student who lettered in football, basketball, baseball or track; nominated by the principal. Candidate must have received three years continuous instruction in the Austin High School. No failing grades of any kind shall be made in these consecutive years of high school. A high order of scholastic attainment shall be made; that is, a grade average of not less than a straight C average, not less than seventy-five percent average on any work done in any course, and a total average in not less than a B of not less than eighty-six percent on the entire work required for this award. Meeting scholarship eligibility does not guarantee awarding. Incoming first-time in college students can apply by submitting the Scholarship Interest form, available from September 1 - January 15 each year.
