For transfer students, it is renewable for one additional academic year (maximum of two consecutive academic years). Additionally, at the end of each year, students must have a Southeast cumulative 2.75 GPA and completed 24 Southeast credit hours (may include Southeast summer hours). Students are not charged the in-state rate, but instead receive a financial aid credit to offset the nonresident tuition rate.
