The Kelly (Clint and Sue) Endowed Elementary Education Scholarship was established in 2003 by Clint Kelly to honor his wife, Evelyn (Sue) Kelley, Illinois State Normal University graduates in 1935 and 1936, respectively. -Renewable: Yes -Need-based: Yes -Essay: Please describe your desire and motivation to teach in the primary grades.
