Chicago Drama League Endowed Retention Scholarship
For continuing undergraduate students The Chicago Drama League Endowed Retention Scholarship was established to assist outstanding Theatre students majoring in Acting who have shown unusual promise in their work in the school. The Chicago Drama League Endowed Retention Scholarship is open to: Full-time Acting majors who complete a minimum of 12 credit hours at Columbia by the end of the Fall 2025 semester Students who have earned a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher Students who demonstrate financial need through a completed 2026-27 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The 2026-27 FAFSA must be submitted by February 8, 2026 for Chicago Drama League Endowed Retention Scholarship consideration. Scholarship based on: Demonstration of excellence and promise in the Theatre department Financial need Scholarship amount: Previous amount was up to $1,150 (half awarded in Fall and half awarded in Spring) Endowed scholarship award amounts are subject to change.
