Amount: $1,000 Established by: This scholarship was established in the spring of 2000 in the memory of Carol Burke. Mrs. Burke was a dedicated member of the ASI/TSU staff and a former three-time, All-American basketball player. The scholarship honors her commitment to student development and recognizes students with outstanding involvement in athletics. Undergraduate, Graduate, or Credential student Active participation in an on-campus sports club, intramural, or National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) team Must have completed at least one semester at CSUF and be a continuing student enrolled in the next semester/term Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (Undergraduate) or 3.0 (Graduate/Credential) Applicants will be evaluated based on: Dedication and involvement in collegiate athletics Academic achievement (minimum GPA requirement met) Quality of response describing the connection between athletic involvement and academic/professional goals
